Hello Seniors,
My current scenario.
Working on OPT under EVC model. I have a approved H1b petition which starts 10/1/2012. But due to some personal reason I may go back to India within next 3-4 weeks (before october 1st). So my question is, would I be able to use this approved H1b petition any time in future to join my current employer or initiate a h1b transfer (under cap exempt) to different employer?
Other thing is, what if my current employer revokes my H1b petition when I go back to India? Will I able to use it somehow in future?
