Urgent: Please help: New I 94: country of citizenship given incorrectly
Hi, I need some advice from friends here, please;
A friend of mine got new H1 approved this week, however, the country of citizenship is given incorrectly on the new I-94.
Her country of birth is Kenya.
Country of citizenship and country of issue of passport is India.
In her old I 94, the country of citizenship was given correctly as India;
In new I 94, it is given as Kenya.
Anyone with somewhat similar experience???
How can she get this corrected?
Please advise as soon as possible.
