Hello,
My H1B extension is in Process. It was filed end of June 2012 but my H1B is actually expiring in November this year. The question is if I'm able to leave the country and come back within the processing period or am I not able to travel outside the US at all. To mention I have not traveled outside the US while I was on H1B. So I never got my Visa stamped. Any help and answers will be very much appreciated.
