H4 visa valid duration question

Hi I have transferred my H1B visa to company B from company A.
My wife's H4 visa is valid with company A till March 2014.

Do I need to apply my wife H4 visa with company B or is is fine that H4 visa is valid with company A ?

Not required. She is good till March 2014. If she travels before that she can re enter with same visa but she has to carry your latest petition/paystubs and Employment verification letter. This is my opinion not legal advice.
