H1 B transfer during exntension's RFE
Hi,
I am currently with company A on H1-B, but VISA&I-94 got expired during April, extension was filed but it went to RFE and it is yet to be answered. Now if I get a job with company B, can they initiate H1B transfer? If yes, do we still need to proceed with replying to RFE from company A? If transfer is approved and extension is rejected, what can happen to my stay in US? I searched through forums but it was not clear what will happen during H1B transfer when extension is in RFE with expired visa&i94. please help me.
