H1B Petition Approved on June 19th 2012 -Still Not received the I797 docs from USCIS

This forum is really helpfully for the people who is new to H1B processing-
I have one question regarding my H1B
My employer has filed my H1B (Premium Processing) for the FY 2013 and it got approved on June 19th 2012 and still my employer has not received I797 documents from USCIS. Can some one tell me how much time it will take to receive the I797 document from USCIS for H1B premium-?
Is it really take 60 days or more than it?
How soon normally people will get I797 documents from USCIS?
Any help in this regards will be appreciate.
