H1b questions for person with science background

Hi,

I have got my H1B approved. My employer filed my application in premium processing.
I am planning to attend my interview at Hyderabad on Aug 27th.

Little background:
I completed my Msc in Microbiology from Andhra University campus.
There was a health care project in a tech company, and I joined it as the pay was also good.
Then I learned Java , oracle and started coding as a regular software engineer.
I changed my company and I from past 1 year I am working for other tech company who filed my H1.
I have 5 + years of experience in software industry.
My present company also did a education evaluation for me and provided that document too.

My question is:

What are my chances of getting a visa with science background?
What questions may I get?
How can I support my education background with my present work?

Please answer my questions.

I don't think this is relevant at all, given that you have 5+ years of experience.

No one knows.

Only you know. Tell the VO the truth about why you decided to get into this field though you studied that field.

The support documentation in the sense, can I show the certificates(PGDCA etc..) for courses I did in computers.
