H1b Visa Stamping with I 797 C

Hello,
I moved from Company A to B in Jun 2011.
I got my H1 transfer approved and got an I 797 C from my attorney. Both my attorney as well as my employer have told me that they do not have an I 797 A. My previous employers all provided me I 797 A. The only difference between both the approval notice is the letter 'A' and 'C'. All other information like approval, validity, receipt dates, Case Type, Petitioner, Receipt etc ... are similar for both my old I 797 As and the current I 797 C. I used the same I 797 C for mine and my Wife's license renwals and for my Wife's port of entry check when she came to US a few months ago.
I am leaving to India in a few days for a couple of weeks and my visa interview is scheduled on Aug 28th.
I would like to know if there could any issues/questions regarding the I 797 C from the CO or any delays in getting your visa stamped [Passport] etc...

I am little worried about this, any help would be appreciated.

Forget ABC. Does the notice state that petition is approved? If it was a transfer does it have an I-94 at the bottom? You need that I-94 not for Visa application, but for proving your legal status in any future applications. Your employer must provide you with the I-94.

Yes. The I 797 what ever I have has the approval notice at the top in the NOTICE TYPE section.
At the bottom it does have the I-94. So does it mean I could use this I-797 "C" for my visa Interview ?
