We have filed H1B and Currently we are in initial review.
1. One of our friends filed the same day but his stage was directly in to decision stage when mine is still in initial review.
Trying to understand, on what basis and How this process flow happened like this here?
2. What is the difference between decision and post decision stages?
3. after which stage they will call us for interview? I guess after post decision, please confirm.
