Hi,
My brother is working in US and he wants to visit India and also get his H1B visa stamped. We are from chennai and there r no dates availiable in the consulate during the month of October. can we fix an appointment date in Delhi? . Is it possible to do like that and is there any negative point if we go to Delhi than Chennai?. can some one please help me with this?
