H4 stamping/Transfer

Hi,
I have changed my employer and my new employer transferred my H1. But my wife's H4 did not get transferred as she has the H4 stamping valid till 2013 October and also her I94 valid till October 2013. Now my wife is going for India visit and returning on Feb 2013.

Can you tell me whether my wife needs to go for stamping in India?
