    Hi All,
    I have a valid H1.But I applied for transfer and got an RFE.I'm a mechanical engg.I would like to know:
    1.What if my new H1 is not approved,what will happen to my current H1?

      Old H1 will still be valid until its validity date. If your old employer did not cancel your H1.
