Hi all,
I am completing my 5 years on L1B in september 2012, i.e. this year .My company has filed my H1B so that i can continue for another year.My company does not do green card.
Due to some personal reasons i have decided not to come back to the US and to stay in India for a year and then come back in Jan 2014 on a six year H1 visa.I am planning to stay with the same company. So my questions is
1.)Should i go for my H1B stamping in october or should i skip it.
2.)If i skip it ,to come back after a new year will i have to apply for H1B again in 2013 or can i use this H1B.
3.)What if get my H1B stamped in october but do not come to the US.
