New H1B premium Application Help needed.
Hi;
I have filed a normal H1b application in April, then upgraded my case to Premium after 8 weeks in mid June(Case was in Initial Review status).
USCIS has requested for some more documents & my attorney is taking time to submit them. Its been around 5 weeks since the premium status is in RFE.
Now my question is
1. Will there be any time limit after the case is moved to RFE to submit the documents by the attorney?
2. What will happen if my attorney failed to submit the documents in time?
3. I have read some posts in the forum stating that the case will be in suspension till the documents are received by USCIS & the 15 days time limit for premium will be re-started once USCIS recieves the documents.
I am a new user to this forum and have read most of the post. Please excuse for any reapeted questions.
