    H4 to H1-b

    I have filed for my H1-b.Iam on H4 now.My application was received on june 4th 2012.
    The status of my petition is still Initial Review.
    My employer filed it in california center.Can i know the approximate time when i'll get to know about the status?
    Also what are the factors they consider for acceptance and rejection.
