Hello everyone,

Got an email on 22nd of august to submit my passport for further processing, I did submit it on 24th august.But when I called DOS , they say case is still pending under administrative processing.So wat does that signify? Is the case still pending or processig is complete?Anyone pls suggest .I have been waiting since march 2012.
