I am currently on L1 which expires on 15 Sep 2012. I am planning to go on to 3 weeks vacation outside of US and the come back with a H1B stamping. Can my company run US payroll for me while on vacation though I do no have a valid visa status between 15 sep and 5th oct (return date to US assuming stamping is done for my new h1b).
