H1 Visa Status

Hi All,

My H1 VISA was initiated on May 24th by my employer and is still in "Initial Review" status ? When checking with many sources they say the lead time for all fresh H1 petitions to be max 3 mths. Now that its more than that, and I am very much anxious to know the status...Any experiences that anybody had like this, pls share...

3 months is only an average processing time. It can take longer.

You can ask your employer to upgrade to premium if you want.
