New H1 Process and current I-94 validity
Hi,
Currently I am staying in US with my L1B Visa which is expired last week and we have applied forI-94 extension Mean time my co pany has applied me New H1 Visa (Sep quota),and I have my reciept number with me which showing Initial review .
Two days back i have got questionair regarding my L1 extension which asking more details .My question is here:
1.What will happen in case my L1 regect ,can i stay here till the H1 get approved?
2.can I hold my I-94 questionair for quite more time till I get the H1 status? as my company is asking to submit the questionair within 10 days .
3.Or advise me the best way to take an action so that i can stay US till H1 approved..
