I was working with Company A. My dependents are also with me in USA at that time.
Later i did a visa transfer with Company B and few weeks later, I sent my dependents back to india.
Now i am planning to bring them back to USA. I have the new I797, issued by my new Company B, for all of us with me.
Is it necessary for my dependents to go for stamping in India, since they have the visa of my old employer A.
I am not aware, whether my previous company A has revoked my H1 petition.
