H1B first time stamping in CANADA

Hi All,

I am planning for VISA stamping if possible in CANADA for first time.
I am in USA and completed my graduation. F1 Visa stamp has expired recently in Aug2015.
My status changes are below.
F1 - OPT - H1B - H1B extension/Transferred(Till July2015)

Firstly I used to work for Desi company and then
finally got Full time from US company that is till July2015.

As I my student Visa and I-94 expired now as of aug2015. what are my options for stamping in CANADA.

Am i still eligible to go to cananda get stamped? or should I go to my home country.

Please advise on this.

I have heard people say you should go to home country for first time stamping but one of my colleague exactly like your profile got his stamping in Canada.

As you have done your MS/Bachelors you are eligible for visa interview in canada. Its not mandatory to go to home country for first time stamping. Many of my friends had successful first time H1 B stamping canada provided with all the necessary documentation.
