I am travelling to the US on H1B. My LCA mentions 60000 as yearly wage and my organization's deputation letter says my salary would be 56600 and in addition to that I shall get a cost of living expenses allowance of 4000 per year. Shouldn't my salary component alone be atleast 60000? Or is it only necessary that both of them together need be 60000? Please do let me know.
