    Need your suggestions, I got a job offer from one of the company and they are willing to do my H1B transfer in premium processing and my current first H1B will be expiring in 3 weeks and recently received an RFE for the extension from my current employer, what are my chances to move into the new company, Your suggestions will be very helpful.
