Hi, My wife has H1B petition ready with I797. So I am planning to have my H4 along with her H1 somewhere in Nov 2012. I have few queries related to my H4:
1) What will be processing time for H4 ? How should we take a interview date if we both want to do H1+H4 stamping together.
2) I m having B1 visa and I travelled to USA couple of times before in 2009/10. Will that B1 gets cancelled if my H4 is done?
3) I had my own H1 approved petition, which expired in last week. My company did not get my H1 stamping. Now fortunately I am planning for my H4 as dependent on my wife. Is this scenario acceptable to get H4 done without any problems?
