Stamping - Client Letter

Hi Guys

I am going for stamping next week in Chennai, India. I am going to work on my employer's office for one client.

Does client letter required for stamping?

i am also in the same situation. i cannot get a client letter and will go for my stamping in oct. from what i have read online it is very helpful if you have client letter. but i am going to keep emails from my project so that incase the VO asks i can atleast show those.
