old H1b approval - need urgent response plz!!!

Hi, I got my H1b approved by company A and worked for him for 5 months and then moved to Employer B. Now I am going to visa stamping for employer B.
Can you please tell me if i need the I797A for employer A also. My employer A is not giving me the I797A - what is the alternative for this.
