Hi All,
I have two h1b approved petitions from two diffrent employers. Employer A is my old employer and i am currently working with him. Employer B had filed my h1 b and it is approved but i never worked for him.i was never on his payroll. I do not want to join employer B now. My h1b extension with my current employer is due in Nov 2012. i have 2 questions:
1) Can i file for my my h1b extension with my current employer
2) Will there be any issues if i go for stamping to canada or india?
