Hello everyone,
I need some advise about an RFE, I was employed in H1B Cap exempt until June 30, got a job but it comes under Cap so applied in May 1st week for H1B got reciept the same week. As my wife is in F1 so I applied for COS h1B to F2 Vermont service center in last week of June. Now I got an RFE for my H1B asking to show the status since June 30 even though I sent him the COS reciept. I am desperate to join the new job My questions are
1. Do I need to wait for my F2 approval before I answer for RFE.
2. The other option is to do H1B with consular processing, Do we have to inform them before hand which consulate I am going to, Can I go to Canada
3. what will happen to my F2 COS application if my H1B gets approved with consular processing, Can i withdraw the COS application, If I could withdraw the COS application will I be Out of status from July 1st until now, will it effect my future immigration procedures( H1B visa stamping interview, Green Card application)
