"Hi I have a question here, very frustrated and confused lot of guys have a same question but i am not sure what shall say,
My question is i am working with company A on L1 i and applied for H1 B (COS) and it got approved to work from Oct 1st, but i want to continue on L1 for a while and then After few months then i want to use H1 ( COS) Back , so here are few 2 questions
1) What are my options to remain on L1 after Oct 1st ,
2) After few months i want to Use my COS h1 back.
I know that i can make my L1 Valid Status by entering USA after 2nd OCT with Valid L1 I-94 . But my confusion here is what shall i have to do if i want to use back my H1B ( COS ) After few months.
Please advise i have big trouble in front to tackle.
