h4 visa

Hi, I have an h-1B visa and my wife has H4 visa. Can anyone tell me what it takes for my wife to work in USA under H4 visa? or does she need to transfer to some other visa or apply different visa? Thanks

The only way ur wife who is on H4 visa can start legal work is either converting to H1-B visa
The best way for you find out any exception rules you can apply for your wife to work on H4 to meet a good Immigration Lawyer and take it from there
