    Extension of H1B

    Hi,

    How long does USCIS usualy take for H1B extension?

    Mine was filed almost 3 months back but it is still in 'Initial Review' status.

    It is just like any other H1 petition. 2 to 3 months for regular and 15 days for premium.
    This is my opinion and not legal advice.
