H1B amendment

Hi,

I have to file an amendment for new location with my existing employer. How long does this process usually take?
I am aware that LCA takes about 1 week to arrive.
Can I move to the new location once receipt number for the filed amendment petition is obtained from USCIS?

Once the petition is submitted, is there a time frame to get the receipt number? My first petition under premium processing took 3 days for the receipt number to arrive.
If we file the amended petition on 3rd october, can i take leave from work and move to new location assuming receipt number will come by 6th?
Will this be illegal?
