    Going on Medical Leave on H1-b

    Hi,

    My project is ending soon and I am in the process of giving interviews. My company told me to go on a medical leave for 2 months and they can keep my visa.
    They will give me the payslip for the last weeks of september in Oct 10th.After that no payslip until I don't get a project.

    If I decide to do a H1-b transfer while on medical leave what complications can arise?

    Please help me I am in desperate help.

      I will show the medical certificate for taking the medical leave. There is no proof to say that my leave was non-genuine.
