First time visa stamping in Toronto, Canada

I just got my H1 B transfer approved. I have a master's from a reputable U.S. university as well as nearly two years of work experience in the U.S. I was hoping to visit my relatives in Canada this Thanksgiving and wanted to know if I can get my visa stamped from the consulate in Toronto. I appreciate any comments/suggestions that the members of this community can give me.
