I completed my 5 years in L1 @ Aug 2012 and returned to India. My employer wants to file H1 in April 2013 and planning to travel November 2013 to usa.
1) Am I eligible to apply H1 in April 2013 ?
2) If the answer to 1) is yes, Does the 6 year clock get reset if I spend more than 1 year outside USA ? ( From Aug 2012 to Oct 2013) so I can extend H1 petitions without applying for GC .
