I am working with company A with an h1b visa for the last 3 months. This is mu second job in the US so far. I want to quit this job but dont want to even tell my manager as he intimidates me. I want to just stop coming to work or give some excuse like a medical reason etc.
Meanwhile i have company b who has offered me a job and will be transferring my h1b
I dont need any reference from company a, can i just stop reporting to work after my transfer is initiated?
Will this affect my new h1 transfer?
