I came to USA on H1B. Then I changed. My new employer is transfering my H1B. I have got the LIN number but don't yet got the visa approval.

My question is can I change to a new job now with the LIN number and latest pay stubs. I have the old H1B documents with me.

Yes. under the H1B portabilty act you can work for the new employer just with the LIN (receipt) Number. You do not need a new visa on your passport, it's good until it's valid.

Urgent! Please help

Yes I know I can work for my new employer. My question was if I can change this job ( with my new employer after joining with the LIN number) without the visa approval.

To be clearer:
1.Employer A sponsored my visa.
2.I changed to employer B. So B is now precessing my H1B. I got the LIN number processed by B and joined B. But I dont yet get the visa approval sponsored by B.
3. Can I now join with employer C?
