Hi,
I have applied H1B transfer(regular) on June 6th and waiting for my approval. Almost 4 months since my current company applied for H1 transfer. My H1B is ending on 10/10/2012. Is it a normal time to process H1B?
I'm applying H4 for my spouse and planning to apply through online which I did last year also. Since I'm waiting for my approval, will it be a problem to send only my H1B transfer (I797) acceptance notice with my last three months current paystubs. Also my spouse H4 is ending on 10/10 too like mine :-(
Anyone have any idea on this?
