Good day! please someone who knows if how many days before I will know I was filed for eb3 by my agency. I submitted my docs to them end of August 2014 for September filing. I ask them they just answered me on the process.Or is there a way i could check by myself. I ask It is because there is one employer who has a clearer contract and want to file me for EB3 also.
If I will sign with the latter will they know upon application if I was filed or not when they will submit my documents.
