Hello,
My H4 visa is expiring in march end .I have got 1 yr extension on tht and I am going to India for visa restamping.But I am getting appointment in may only.Meanwhile my residency program will start applying for my H1 here in march end.
My question:
1.Will it be a problem for my H1 processing since I wont be in US?
2.Whta should be my timeline for H4 restamping/H1 processing /residency starting on 1st july???How to manage all this without getting trapped?
