I am curently working in Saipan with CW1 visa.My concern is I have existing petition under EB3 visa w/c is already current.My petioner under EB3 was abandoned me.My new employer is waiting for my IELTS to pass before applying another petition.
1.What will happen to my previous petition?
2.Why my new employer can't recapture my previous petition?
