    J1 clinical want to apply for Harshipwaiver and NIW on last year of training

    hey

    Need help and advice. Spoke with an attorney who suggested that I would be able to apply for hardshipwaiver to get rid of the two year home issue and apply simultaneously to NIW EB2 to get green card. Is that feasible? Anybody who has been there?
