Hi,
Can I know the details for a physician's eligibility for EB2.
What happens to his/her visa status if married to a citizen and what happens to the contract period. Kindly let me know.

If you have unconditional license to practice after your USMLE you are eligible for EB2. If you are J visa problem starts, if you are H1 and married to US Citizen you status will get changed to permanent residence (GC) with in 6 - 9 months,
