hi guys,
hope you can help me with this dilemna.I am now awaiting for my DS 230 from the NVC,it says that it will be sent in the next few weeks.Immihelp has been the best source of information for me.As I was reading about DS 230 it says that in my case (consular interview will be in London) I will carry all the original and certified copies during my interview.My first question is,does that mean that I will only send the part I of the DS 230 back to NVC without any documents and secondly,I am still waiting for the court decision for the annulment petition I filed in the Philippines which am afraid it might not be ready by the time I will be scheduled for my interview.Do you think, a copy of the annulment petition is good enough.this green card application is based on schedule A I-140.I NEED YOUR INOUT SO BADLY.
