Dear Friends:
My wife is with a company and she is in 5th year of H1B and just has 1yr and 6 months left to complete her 6 year H1B term.
They will be filing for her GREENCARD this June 2010 and it will under EB3. Will this time frame be safe for her to get her Labor approved and go through a smooth process of GREENCARD.
Myself after being on H1B for 4 years, applied for a change of status to H4 under my wife since i have to go thorugh an internship process in my profession to get a License.
My questions:
1. Will this time frame be safe for her to get her Labor approved and go through a smooth process of GREENCARD??
2. Once I get a job can I safely process my GREENCARD through my wife's company along with her?? or is left to the dicreation of my wife's employer??
3. During which stage of my wife's GREENCARD process, it is possible for me to add myself into the process???
