notice of Approval!!
hi everyone!
My query is about my petiton status under Us-Cis...I already received my Notice of Action last July 08, 2004 and it said that it will take 400-450 days to process my case..the following are my my questios:
1.when will I expect my case status get aprroved bythe US CIS?
2.what are the conditions my case will be denied?
3.What are the most common cause of RFE for nurses petitioned by employers?
4.I have had 3 previous hospital experiences as a nurse..However, only two of the hospitals gave me an employment certificate because the third one will neccesitate that I got to reach two years before they'll issue an employment certificate..will this be a cause whrein I'll get denied of my petition case?My other documents are already complete and have a copy of it e.g exams and Visascreen certificate.i am worried about this employment certificate which i lack..pls. help!
