Hi. I am a MD and I have had the chance to work in the US for 1 yr under the J1 visa 6 years ago. I did a one year fellowship in a reputable hospital. I have since left the US and recently applied for the DV lottery. Should my wife or I win the GC, can I work in the US?? Do I need to find employment in the US prior to arriving?

If you want to work as a physician you must complete USMLE and complete a residency in USA OR the best bet is to get a reaserch job in the medical field

well bro i ve tried to find a research job in CA for 8 months.. at the end got sick of it and quit looking for those kinda jobs... take care of USMLE thats better i guess... it s not easy to get a job if u dont have any experience in US
