Hello, my name is Luis and I'm new to this forum. I hope I didnt post this under the wrong section but I need some help.
As of May 2012, the USCIS recieved my application for the U-Visa.
I assume I have another 3 to 5 months to receive a reply back such as a Approval, Require moreinformation or Deny.
Anyway I'm also %100 sure I am eligible for the DAFCA(Deffered Action for Children Arrivals).
For reasons that I have until November of 2013 to get my situation fixed...I was wondering if i could apply for the DAFCA while I wait for a reply because I have a gut feeling I'm not going to get approved for the Uvisa because of not enough proof/information.
