Hi All,
I am a French citizen currently working under a L1B visa in the USA.
I am currently looking at the Employment Based Visa with my company in order to get a Greencard.
I have a Master's Degree. I did it in 5 years as it's possible in France.
My L1B application (transcript of my diploma) says that I have "at least a Bachelor".
Question: Can this be a problem when applying for a EB2 (master + 3XP)?
I am wondering if the USCIS might refuse my application because the previous stated that I have "at least a Bachelor" and not a "Master".
I contacted several well recognized transcription company. They all stated that I am a "Master" but I am wondering if the fact that my first lawyer "screwed up" and said that I have "at least a bachelor" can be reason for the USCIS to deny my application.
I would like to apply for EB2 (Master + 3XP).
I am really trying hard to figure out all this and I apologize if this not clear.
Any input appreciate.
Thanks a lot,
Matt
