GC in EB2 Category if I go back to old employer

I have 6 Months experience in India.
Masters from US
4 Yrs exp with company A
1 Yrs exp with Company B

I am thinking about joining Company A(old company) now but not sure if I would be eligible for EB2 category. I have more than 5yrs exp. My job does not require masters degree so they cannot sponsor based on my Masters degree. I am not sure if my 4ys exp with company A will be countable towards 5 years experience if Company A is doing my GC.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

If your new job does not require an MSc, your I-140 cannot be carried over. Your experience does not matter. It is Bsc+5 years or MSc.
